Cakes and tarts for special occasions
| For the opening of the „Path of love“ in Bad Oberdorf we have created a „Cake of love“. This is filled with strawberry cream and decorated with a biscuit heart and home-made marzipan roses. | Our Mother’s Day Cake is filled with equal parts raspberry cream and yoghurt cream. It is decorated with a marzipan heart with inscription and home-made marzipan roses. | This small Chocolate Cream Cake was created especially for the 12th birthday of a hotel guest’s daughter. | A Jubilee „Herrentorte“. This is filled with wine cream, covered with marzipan and smothered in chocolate. It is decorated with a marzipan lid with inscription. |
